animation bandeau

English translation: strip or tape would be fine. i think tape would be better, since it has more of a "film" connotation to it.

The senence is:
Vérifier l’animation bandeau « analyse » en fond vert du pH concerné. This isin a section of a trainee manual for automated analysis loops (nuclear)

Tape can imply a strip that is joined at both ends. Or not. Strip doesn't seem to imply that. Since I don't know how this "bandeau" is going to run through a machine, tape seems to be the safest bet, because it could do so either way. Hope this helps.

disagree  Tony M: I don't think 'tape' works at all here. Surely this 'animation' is something being dsipalyed on a screen, I would have thought it is maybe 'animated strip', but context is unclear...
