French term or phrase: SQT

Good evening!

I need help with this abbreviation, which is the name of a department/service at a plant for the production of uranium. I need to translate this into Russian, but, since the sources are scarce, I will try to translate it first into English. The phrases, where the department is mentioned, are not very informative as to the functions of the department, e.g.:

1) L’étude a été menée entre Q2 2010 et Q1 2011 sur environ cinquante personnes : 24 agents de l’usine (issus de 4 postes différentes), 2 personnes du laboratoire, 4 personnes au stock produit fini, 4 personnes de SQT, 2 personnes de l’exploration et 2 personnes du service mécanique.

2) Il conviendrait de réaliser en routine la mesure d’ambiance radon et poussière pour les agents du laboratoire SQT pour le calcul des doses internes.

The text is about radiological protection at this plant, so the studies are about radiological exposure of various employees. I would really appreciate your help, as I have no idea what it could be.

What is the name of the plant ?

Should you be unable to disclose this, then you would have to somehow directly figure out a way of asking this uranium producing plant.

Asker: Thanks, but I am sure that this is a name of a department or a service of this plant for the production of uranium. There is a list of employees who work in this department etc.
