1. Malted:
Before beginning the elaboration of the beer, the barley transforms. For it is moistened it the barley, achieving that their seed germinates, and at different temperatures and times he/she dries off completely. According to the drying different types of malt are obtained. Through them, and their combinations, different varieties of beer are achieved. The germinated roots of malt are discarded and it is been under conditions of beginning the production.
