quantity only? 07:15 Mar 23
The first item on the list, 'energy', is a bit odd as a dietary requirement; surely it means sufficient caloric intake. The second item could be much the same: simply *enough* protein -- min. 60 grams/day is recommended during pregnancy -- which would mean that quantity rather than quality is the issue: the right amount, a safe amount, not so much the right kind. If so, reject adjectives that qualify 'protein' only (essential, protective, etc.). |
