flavour of "diète" ???

Explanation:
To my mind, "diète" has connotations of deprivation and suffering, something I imagine is far removed from the writer's intention!

That, at least, is how it sounds to my foreign ears of only 24 years' Gallicism. Maybe the natives could confirm whether (or not) "diète" has a severe "médicalisé" image that, to my ears at least, "régime" and, therefore, "diet" do not.

If so, whether the connotations need be translated in the English is another issue, of course.

agree Rita Heller: that diet should not be used here because it is usually quite restricted

neutral Philip Taylor: "Diète" may be wrong in French, but in English, while "diet" does often refer to an attempt at slimming, I would argue that "the Mediterranean diet" is the standard and correct expression for the type of food eaten in the Med.

-> Far be it for me to criticize a translation from a language (Italian?) I don't know, but that is precisely my point.

agree Jane Lamb-Ruiz: one does talk about one's diet in English and that is not the same as being ON A DIET...right Bourth?

-> You suggesting I need to go on a diet, woman? ;-) Actually it's the French I was querying.

reinvigorate your taste buds and your health

Explanation:
Depending on the previous sentence, the sense of this sentence is 'Choose/try organic Mediterranean food to reinvigorate/refresh your taste buds and your health.' Be careful of 'diet' - is it a diet or a way of eating? Good luck.

Get the best of great taste and health

Explanation:
faire le plein= means to fill your car up with gas...BUT, in English...HERE, I would use...GET YOUR FILL OF..or FILL UP ON .but that is not the best sounding, most snappy way to say it...I think the snappiest is:

FINAL: GET BEST OF GREAT TASTE AND HEALTH
