That birth certificate looks bilingual...

The "néant" probably means "none" or "not available". As to what "SD" stands for, I'd contact the issuing body.

Alternately, provide us with the country of origin if the document, that might help narrow it down.

I agree with the previous answer, I think the SD refers to the marital status of the parent listed on the birth certificate...
