Explanation:
I can't find *restickage* anywhere on the Web--even using that all embracing search engine, Dogpile! It must be a very local franglais neologism. I'd just go with "resticking," which is the equivalent word structure in English. You might also consider: "retaping," if it looks like that might be *how* they are sticking those packages back together again.
