I understand everything except "pate a sel" and "atelier du vent." Any ideas

English translation:salt dough ; wind workshop
Explanation:
During the holidays, my children go to the local Centre de Loisirs organised by the UFCV (Union Française de Centres de Vacances) - so that I can work on my translations! There are many activities on offer, including various workshops. At an "atelier du vent" I would expect them to make windmills, kites (specified in the previous activity of your list) and other items, such as little paper mice (traingle of card folded lengthwise) which you can race across a table by simply blowing them across. Irrelevant details but experience which to me confirms that it is not necessarily outdoor activities, "activités de plein air", but probably a "wind workshop", or equivalent.

Explanation:
"pâte à sel" is some kind of playdough.
"pâte à sel: pâte à modeler à base de farine et de sel, qui durcit à la cuisson". (Petit Robert)
I used to make some of that for my children... One of my books calls it "salt dough".

I don't think that "atelier du vent" has any English equivalent. I think it is just a made up term to mean "outdoors activities". or maybe "outdoors sports".
