I might also suggest "inspirational" but that may be borderline (or crossing the line on) too touch-feely

Thanks so much! I have the exact same reaction as you to "mobilizing"--trouble is, it's used so much in Quebec (cross-pollination, I guess!) that after a while, you can't see the forest for the trees.

agree Jim Tucker: yes nice list - also note that the "mobilizing" suggestion comes from a Belgian website (no knock on them) - also "motivational" approach may work here, as I think there are objective techniques involved.
