French term or phrase: hauteur ouvrière
In a list of tasks involved in cleaning areas inside a large building. I can see that it means cleaning the item up to a certain point above which it is unlikely to get fingerprints/other marks on it, but am not sure what that point would be (shoulder height? head height?) and how to word it nicely in English.

Examples:

-- Essuyage des faïences murales jusqu'à hauteur ouvrière (in a restroom)

-- Dépoussiérage des façades d'armoires jusqu'à hauteur ouvrière (no specific location given)

Is there a common English equivalent for this? Thanks in advance! Target is US English.
