On a French driver's license under "conditions particulières d'usage" it says:
al 80cm3-75kmh.embr/cv auto
I assume that embr = embrayage and that cv = horsepower, but I still can't make sense of the whole phrase

Sans excéder 80cm3 embrayage et changement de vitesses automatiques.

Shouldn't exceed 80cm3 clutch and automatic gearing.
