Apart from being my sister's nickname for me as a child - and which I hated - I cannot find any meaning for Wend in psychiatric terms!

I don't have much context, but it seems to be a report on a drug trial for a patient, in the psychiatric department. Other symptoms are maniac episodes, psychomotor agitation, tense, sweating...

5 septembre:
- A refusé le traitement du protocole hier soir
- A dormi un peu cette nuit
- Wend faite et sortie d'essai
