Maitre XYZ m'a indiqué quil avait déposé une requete au Tribunal afin de solliciter une cloture pour extinction de passif de la liquidation judiciaire de la SARL ABC....

Any help appreciated with the phrase une cloture pour extinction......liquidation judiciaire.

Explanation:
The French term is used in both English and American law and is basically a motion for closure in Parliament. In this case it would seem to be a cloture motion in which all liabilities of the judicial/compulsory liquidation have been paid off/extinguished.
