preparation of (grant) applications Explanation: I'm only guessing really, but this could fit: when you apply for a grant or subsidy of some sort, or even apply to a school/university, you send them a "dossier" with all the relevant info in it. Maybe your association is helping people (that's the "appui" or support) to make effective applications for such help with development. own knowledge of language |
