Explanation:
I warned about such problem berof and get a lot of peer zeros.
Be sure thousands o fpeople will come and ask the same repetitively.It is not only this question any other repeated such many times would make the same trouble.
I propose a solution : When person enters such perviosuly asked/answered question site should immediatly reply from its dictionary /or database , giving all combinations of the words involved( previously provided) like any other on line dictionary and should ask the person demanding "expert opinion on term"
whether she/he was satisfied or wanted to go on and publishing his question -
there seems no other solution both optimising both asker's satisfaction and "honor" of kudoz points
