French term or phrase: frais d'approche
I found the definition of this French term in "Le grand Dictionnaire terminologique" but the translation is not given.
Does somebody know the English term expressing that idea?

frais d'approche n. m. pl.
Dépenses diverses nécessitées pour amener un produit de son point d'achat ou de fabrication à son point d'utilisation ou de vente. Ex. Frais de transport, d'assurance et de manutention, paiement de taxes diverses et rémunération de certains services concourant à l'acheminement des marchandises tels que courtage, transit, etc.
I found "market access costs" in Le Robert & Collins du management but I don't think it expresses this concept.

I thank you in advance,

Delivery costs.

Explanation:
At least that's what my colleagues always used to call them. Delivery costs are calculated on a one-by-one basis rather than as part of the global corporate expenditure. In the latter case you probably would say distribution costs.

marketing costs; coût de marketing

Explanation:
I think this is synonymous with coût de marketing:
ensemble des activités en rapport avec le marché et le transfert des marchadises du producteur vers le consommateur, entre autres; étude du marché, étude commercial d'un projet, achat, vente, stockage, transport, normalisation, financement.

cost of bringing the product to market

Explanation:
I think that distribution or marketing costs might be too narrow. This expression is sufficiently broad to cover all the items mentioned in the dictionary citation you mention. It can include everything from publicity to the more narrow shipping and handling costs, and is more in keeping with the French usage.
