|French term or phrase: garantie a l'embauche|
|This involves the classification under coefficients of new employees; as far as I can see, they are guaranteed entry in a specific coefficient if they have a specific diploma. Is there a term for this in English? (I'm pretty sure it is not job security or something like that)|

No, garantie à l'embauche is not job security.
