Top left is a miniature version of a previous slide entitled 'L'acte de vente', which comprises a flow diagram going from 'Le client exprime une difficulté' to 'Formaliser le besoin' to 'Etat actual' via 'L'acte de vente' to 'Futur souhaité'. The title is then given 'Applicatif au questionnement...' and is followed by three questions:

| Clarification request(s) and responseMoiraB (asker): 11:52am Dec 8, 2004: MoiraB - Actually the next slide also repeats an earlier slide ('Le processus de la vente complexe') and the title then given is 'Du processus au questionnement...'. So could this perhaps mean 'From application to formulation of questions' or something?
