French to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Paper / Paper Manufacturing | | French term or phrase: filoches | The following is from a paper manufacturing company newsletter discussing the company's performance throughout the year and the factors that have affected it:
"Notre mauvaise performance machine, impactée par la crise des **filoches** sur (machine) avec plus de 800 To concernées (cassés ou à risque)."
I can find no references to 'filoches' in this context anywhere and cannot get hold of the client to clarify. I have absolutely no idea what this term refers to.
Can anyone shed any light please?
Many TIA,
