This is in an agreement between the Russian Federation and a French company. It is defined as follows:

"Forage(s) de Délinéation" signifie le forage d'un ou plusieurs puits d'Exploration en vue d'apprécier unde découverte d'Hydrocarbures ey de définir les limites productives d'un Champ"

It has been translated as "Contour Drilling" but I am not sure this is correct.
