French term or phrase: L'intensité de dose sur la ligne de la limite contrôlée
Les opérateurs seront munis d’un "Film-badge" et seront également équipés d’un dosimètre personnel, d’indicateurs acoustiques de radiations et d’au moins un compteur type Geiger à indication instantanée de l’intensité de dose (mr/h).
L’aire de contrôle devra être délimitée de sorte que les personnes non autorisées aux contrôles ne puissent passer ou s’arrêter (balisage apparent). L'intensité de dose sur la ligne de la limite contrôlée ne doit pas dépasser 0,25 mr/h sauf dans des cas plus restreints dictés par des réglementations internationales ou locales.

Explanation:
My reading is that the rate in millirems/hr should not exceed some stipulated regulatory maximum. Here "intensité" does not have the normal EN meaning of intensity, but includes a temporal component as in intensité = electrical current.
