French term or phrase: Cabinet Juridique Lacan, Bavard et Vorace

As explained in my earlier question, these are made up negotiating situations for students to discuss/simulate.

I was going substitute something like "Chattering and Gobbler" for "Bavard et Vorace" but was wondering about Lacan.
In fact, having decided to change Bavard and Vorace I now feel as if I should change all the names (Jean=John etc) to make it completely English sounding.
