(black) softbound paperback book
Explanation:
I'm not sure if I'm missing something here with the "en NOIR broché", but "broché" is a softbound edition as opposed to "hardcover" edition, and "format poche" would indicate a "livre de poche" or what we would call simply a "paperback book", which be its very nature is a "small" edition (pocket size, perhaps) but not necessarily small enough to fit in one's pocket.

black-and-white saddle-stitched pocket-sized book

Explanation:
broché = saddle-stitched (i.e., stapled together), see illustration at http://www.buropro.qc.ca/content/reliureetfinition.aspx

I’m not sure what “en noir” means, but if the low-end of the “large gamme de produits” is a pocket-sized saddle-stitched thing that is “en noir” I’m guessing “en noir” most probably means “black-and-white” since that would be pretty low-end.
