French to English translations [PRO] Social Sciences - Psychology / child development in Afghanistan | | French term or phrase: proximité de statuts | The term is found in the passage below; I am also having trouble with "coordinations logiques." The article cited is in the European Journal of Psychology of Education and was written in English, but I don't have access to it. The best I came up with is that "proximité de statuts" might have something to do with children gaining familiarity with others of different social status, although these others are generally relatives or neighbors, and "coordinations logiques" might have something to do with an ability to discern cause and effect. Any suggestions very much appreciated.

8 hrs confidence: | proximité de statuts levelling of social differences
Explanation: I think this is referring to the fact that children disregard differences in social class.
If you look at the few refs on the web in which "proximité de statut" is used, there is the idea of belonging to a particular social group, of not feeling different.
