C'est le mot "impliqué" qui m'interpelle (dernière phrase ci-dessous).. Auriez-vous des suggestions ? La notion "d'implication personnelle" fait l'objet d'une théorie française en psychologie sociale, pas de travaux publiés en anglais sur le sujet, donc pas de term of art.. D'avance, vivement merci pour vos suggestions.

Voici le contexte :
"On oppose généralement la pensée sociale à la pensée scientifique dont la validité est considérée comme la propriété essentielle. La pensée sociale intervient notamment chez l'individu lorsqu'il est placé dans des contextes sociaux et plus particulièrement lorsqu'il est fortement impliqué par ces contextes."
