My understanding is that the psychologist is concerned/worried that he may have showed signs of subjectivity and partiality during his/her evaluation instead of being more objective and neutral. This is a concern for the psychologist.

I made an error in my explanation (I was brain dead ), and I want to correct myself. Here's a better explanation of the context:

There were concerns over being objective and neutral during the evaluation of the young person in these classic testing conditions.

-> Thank you, mportal. It was late when I answered this question. But, yes, I did not explain it correctly. My explanation was indeed incorrect. I corrected myself. That said, I have no doubts over my translation.

Sandra Petch: Sorry, even with your revised explanation, I disagree. In the same spirit I would suggest "with concern for objectivity..."

-> What is the difference between the preposition "for" or "over" in this situation? I am not following you. Besides, some are not understanding this: If one is concerned about being neutral and objective, one is trying to ensure that he is both of those.
