Des ressentis dans l’ordre du plaisir ou de la satisfaction, qu’il m’appartiendra de reconnaître comme étant chez moi, tels une sensation de bien-être, de joie, de stimulation énergétique positive, d’assurance, de confiance, d’abandon possible…

The context here is how people perceive each others gestures / words, how you choose to receive them.
In this specific example 'abandon' is a positive thing so it's not 'abandonment'. For style, do you think 'possible abandon' is OK ? it looks odd to me.

I wanted to put:

It is my responsibility to recognise that these are my feelings – ones such as pleasure or satisfaction, a feeling of well-being, joy, positive stimulation, reassurance, confidence, possible abandon ……
