For my particular case, the suggested 'decisiveness' seems to be the best translation.
The reason why I say this (speaking from the mechanic viewpoint this translation is about):
From what I can tell: everyone has the ability to make decisions; the capacity seems to rely on the amount this ability is used and trusted.
Regardless of ability and usage of it (capacity), enhancing the decision-making process would make the person more 'decisive' in the end.
Since the emphasis in this translation is on improving the final net result, 'decisiveness' seems to grasp the most of it.
