Psychiatric assessment of a depressed woman, separated from her husband, with two children aged 8 and 10.

"Elle s’occupe des repas à la maison, de l’entretien de la maison, l’éducation des enfants et aussi des sorties des enfants."

I'm wondering about "field trips" but perhaps that's too specific. TIA
