Explanation:
'frontaux' can also mean something that is 'in front' or 'primordial' (in French); by that i mean a behavior/disorder that is most obvious or most emphasized. It's a long shot but if you're not happy with a reference to frontal lobes, that's all i could thing of.

I think Sue is right, I found a website that refers to frontal signs as in symptoms of a \'frontal lobe\' disorder.
