Ces données ne contiennent aucun caractère directement nominatif sur les contractants au présent acte.
En application des articles 26 et 27 de la loi numéro 78-17 du 6 Janvier 1978, les parties disposent d’un droit d’opposition à ce que les informations à caractère nominatif les concernant fassent l’objet d’un traitement informatisé, ainsi que d’un droit d’accès et de rectification.
