- la gestion d'immeubles en copropriété où le gestionnaire occupe la fonction de syndic,
- la gestion de biens immobiliers pour le compte de propriétaires où le gestionnaire s'occupe de la gestion locative : recouvrement des loyers, paiement des charges, entretien, réparations...

Sometimes translated as "property administrator":

I assume we're looking for a UK equivalent here, so that terms that include "real estate" are not really suitable.

agree  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: See http://www.onisep.fr/national/fiches_metiers/asp/domaines/ac... for definition in VO. In spite of what one might think, the French term, altho' it uses "biens", does indeed relate only to "biens immobiliers"...
