I assume we're looking for a UK equivalent here, so that terms that include "real estate" are not really suitable.

I'm not saying this is the best answer but something else to consider.It may not be the right context. I thought it was interesting that I found several translations for administrateur de biens,another one being trustee;but maybe not le mot juste here...
Full scope of AdB's role - essential point in FR, such managers have to be qualified real estate/property agents. Stat. provisions determine who can be estate agent in FR. "Managing agent" OK too once made clear that it is a post occupied by RE/P agent.
