French term or phrase: plan coté du niveau unique
From a deed of sale describing the scope and technical specifications of the property to be sold. Is this a one-dimensional drawing? I can't find it anywhere on Google.

Ces plans comprennent :
un plan coté du niveau unique;
les élévations ;
les sections ;
et les plans de structure ;

Thank you :-)

dimensioned drawing of the only level/floor
Explanation:
/ of the single-storey building.

There must be some reason why they have to specify "du niveau unique" because if it is a single-storey building I should have thought it would have been obvious ...

A one-dimensional drawing would be a single line!

agree  Paula McMullan: The wonderful Eurodicautom agrees with Bourth - it's odd because I always through a plan was bird's eye view and elevation from the side.....
