commission and fees included
Explanation:
Most agents include their commission in their displayed prices – look for commission compris or frais d’agence inclus (FAI). If you’re not sure, ask. If you buy a house from a notaire, you can save a bit on the agent’s commission. Notaires take commission on a sale, but at a lower rate than agents. Often agents and notaires in a small area carry the same properties. Some notaires include commission and fees in their prices (look for acte en mains), some don’t.
