French term or phrase: TOC
This is one of a list of factors to be taken into account when assessing the management of commercial property - "échéances des baux, TOC par poste, m² par employé, vacance, etc". I think we can take it as read that is is not OCD in this context!

What country is this? Some have a taxe d'occupation commerciale too. Better find out from the client, or look for confirmation elsewhere in the text.

agree  Bourth (X): GGL suggests it's qte poss just "Taux d'OCcupation", unless it's the classroom occupation rate. This would seem to fit better with "par poste" (unless people are sleeping on the job).

  -> Well then, just "occupancy rate" in either case! Poste could be the line item in the accounts.
