I found the following in a Swiss document. It may be a term particular to Switzerland.

La Cour de cassation entend que la copie jointe au recours soit
celle que le greffier délivre, sous sa signature, aux parties qui le
requièrent. Elle interdit les copies libres et les photocopies, à moins
qu'elles n'aient été certifiées conformes par le greffier.
