With regards to the transfer of ownership, pls see below thanks

Si l'indivision vient à cesser par suite d'un acte de partage, cession ou licitation entre héritiers, le Syndic doit en etre informj dans le mois de cet événement par une lettre du notaire rédacteur de l'acte, contenant les nom, prénoms, profession et domicile du nouveau copropriétaire, la date de la mutation et celle de l'entrée en jouissance.
Ces dispositions sont applicables en cas de mutation résultant d'un lege particulier.
4º- Tout mutation entre (unreadable) a tritre onéreux ou gratuit n'est possible qu'aux conditions ci-après:
