Oof, I meant to post just "outright" as the target term. :o
Maybe that's obvious anyway. ;-)

agree  rkillings: Or just 'owned (by us)'. In fact, 'outright' could give the wrong idea if the company has mortgaged any of the properties.

-> Thank you. Yes, you are correct; "owned by us" would be better, but we don't know if this is 1st person perspective. (BTW, I think that "owned" is not sufficient because of what follows; "owned or managed for other owners" is IMO insufficiently parallel.)

that we own

Explanation:
I would probably rephrase a little to make it sound a little more natural.

For example,
2000 properties that we either own or manage on behalf of other owners.

neutral  writeaway: as suggested by rkillings /active or passive. why does the passive sound unnatural?
5 hrs
-> rkillings suggests 'owned by us', which I don't think sounds as natural as my suggstion

Explanation:
Hello,

or managed for the owner...

That's what I may say.

en propre = personally owned (in this context)

I hope this helps.

neutral  cc in nyc: "personally owned" ... by an organization?//Organizations are not persons; "personally owned" is used to distinguish property owned by individuals from that owned by companies–e.g., http://www.lamp.ac.uk/policies/acceptableuse/personal-softwa...

-> Well that is link from the UK... At any rate, I'm know you can say this (look at my new link) in the US. If you are uncomfortable using it, then just say "owned by" (the "acquired" part would be clearly impied". Have a good day.

disagree  Alan Douglas: "acquired personally owned" makes no sense in context.
6 hrs
-> No, I would have left "acquired" out, making it "housing properties personally owned by".
