I have checked the Kudoz glossaries, which have a wealth of entries on 'servitudes', but am still uncertain.
I know that this is referring to an 'easement', but I am not sure exactly what kind of easement they are talking about... whether it is simply access along the sides of the wall for maintenance purposes (which I would have thought would be a 'servitude de passage' (?) or something more complex. My understanding is that this is a 'diaphragm wall' between the two buildings but this is currently all I have to go on.
Any light anyone can throw on this would be much appreciated...
