French to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Real Estate | | French term or phrase: fait bail et donne à loyer | crops up in lots of formal leases
"Par les présentes XXX fait bail et donne à loyer à YYY qui accepte, les lieux ci-après désignés, ..."
Strangely I can find no accepted translation of it anywhere...
... what do my esteemed colleagues think is the best translation? "leases and lets for rent" ? I think I feel slightly unhappy with this because the phrase "faire bail" takes no object... for example. |
