French term or phrase:ainsi que le tout existe et comporte
Another phrase which I've encountered many times in leases, and which is a bit of a puzzler...
"Ainsi que le tout existe et comporte, sans aucune exception ni réserve, le preneur déclarant bien connaître les lieux pour les avoir vus et visités en vue du présent acte..."
... it's mainly the word "comporter" here which is funny. Not "se comporte". From Robert I see that non-reflexive "comporter" is always transitive. OK, so it's a set phrase... What I'm looking for is something conveying the full legal subtlety, if such there be, behind this word and phrase. Or just a "standard" English equivalent to the phrase.
Explanation: The usual term in English legalese is "all that property", sometime modified with add-ons such as "together with all its appurtertnances"
I think that is very close equivalent to your text here.

ah, yes, on this particular occasion the Proz search didn't give me that answer... although I've seen it in the past. It's a bit confused to my way of thinking...
for what it's worth...
Yes, start of sentence.
Preceding sentence is "Le plan des lieux loués, ainsi que le tableau récapitulatif des surfaces, sont annexés aux présentes."
This is in a paragraph called "Désignation"
