The applicable (pay-in-cash) discount rate equals the discount rate given for a line of credit Explanation: Hello, I'm far from sure, but it seems that the customer is getting a discount rate for paying in cash instead of making payment on a line of credit granted by the company. The company states the discount rate for paying in cash would be equivalent to the discount given for a opening a line of credit. I hope this helps. It's just a guess. |
