From a list of miscellaneous equipment in an insurance claim survey report for fire damage to a department store. The purchase cost was 2,400 euros. Any help appreciated. Here is more of the list:

Combine billot - TOURNUS –
Gerbeur électrique+batterie - MIC –
Table poisson poly+douchette - TOURNUS EQUIPEMENT-
Check out caisse - ALSER –

trolleys for vacuum-packs
Explanation:
Again, I suspect there might be a more specialist term for this, but I would imagine these are wheeled trolleys for storing vacuum-packed products. Perhaps you could find out more if the manufacturer Tournus has a website?

It might even be the trolleys on which the sealing machines sit, for sealing up those little 3-sided packs so beloved of fishmongery departments in big stores; but I must admit 'chariot' makes it sound more like some kind of storage device.

That said, the high purchase price might well lead us to imagine that it is not merely a trolley, but actually the whole vacuum-sealing machine itself; be careful that someone hasn't made a mistake and used 'sous vide' (vacuum-packed) instead of the more usual 'heat-sealing' (thermosoudé?). but it might be a work station for pre-packing fish into plastic-covered trays, for example.
