Usually, with those trucks, if you choose home delivery you pay extra, but perhaps these items are only available on home delivery, so no supplement (included in the price!)
The only thing that comes to mind is Location Longue Durée, (which for some unknown reason is abbreviated LDD as often as it is abbreviated LLD), but I'm not sure this would fit your context or fit "Ensemble Cuisine" ...

Asker: I think you nailed it Tony. I'm becoming more and more convinced that this is a catalogue of items for sale from a truck. It would make sense that these items are too large to fit on the truck and you just order and pay for them at the truck and then they are delivered direct to your home.
