French to English translations [Non-PRO]
French term or phrase: rampe à diaphragme
I should be grateful for some English suggestions for the following French taken from a website translation I'm doing for gas flowmeters. I've provided the phrase in context where possible.

1. rampe diaphragme
("quiper tous les postes de rampes diaphragme de redresseurs d'coulement")
2. en ligne directe et retourn
("pour le compteur dans les configurations en ligne directe et retourn")
3. gaz rel
4. palier de point
("L'ensemble des points de palier sont compris dans la partie suprieure du canal lgal de precision")
5. palier de dbit
("Trois mesures ont t prises pour chaque palier de debit")
6. compteur retourn
("essai du compteur retourn 10 bar")

Many many thanks for any suggestions.

Website translation... nonsensical, to say the least.
I empathize with golub.

You just need to make sense of the machine translation process (hmm..................).

I can see how machine translation might give -- for a manifold block, perhaps?

manifold = rampe
orifice plate = diaphragme

    second-guessing machine translation
