agree  chris collister: "care and attention" is probably more common than "carefulness", which is a bit clunky.

"flaconnage" means filling tubes, vials or flasks and should not take the "ç" as shown in the source text.

Nunc is a brand name for plastic tubes, vials and other containers. As the English text mentions "tubes Nunc", I think the best translation would be "Nunc tubes"; "Nunc vials" may work too (typically for biological materials these may be cryotubes for storage in liquid nitrogen). "flasks" would typically be larger than tubes.

neutral  ormiston: sounds a little as if something is filled WITH Nunc tubes rather than packaged in Nunc tube containers. Agree there are 2 questions here, the prb perhaps being that you don't 'bottle' something in a tube.
