French term or phrase: indice d'évolution
Les supports d’enregistrements relatifs à la qualité font l’objet d’une identification propre, spécifique à chaque enregistrement. Dans la majorité des cas, ces supports d’enregistrements sont répertoriés en tant que Modèle Qualité Déposé (MQD) à Marolles ou en tant que DQE (Document Qualité Enregistrement) à Saint-Germain. Leur identification est établie par le Département Qualité Système et Processus qui tient un répertoire des modèles de documents déposés, avec leur indice d’évolution.

L'identification est complétée, pour les documents révisables, par des indices de révision caractérisant les évolutions des documents.

For revisable documents, the identifier is followed by the revision index, indicating any changes made to the document.
