French to English translations [PRO] Social Sciences - Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc. / medication | | French term or phrase: personnes prostituées | | I've heard the term personnes prostituées several times recently. Does this mean people forced into prostitution i.e. by traffickers or is it just an alternative to un prostitué? Thanks |

Perhaps in your specific context it's clearer but I suppose you could always say that people are 'forced' into prostitution, either by others or by circumstances, so those forced into prostitution would work in both cases
