Le marché, nos collaborateurs et la société civile nous y encouragent. **La gestion des risques nous en fait professionnellement le devoir.**

I'm having difficulty with this last sentence, turned it around so many times and can't seem to find something I like!

The management of risks makes it our professional duty (?)
The management of risks makes us professionally responsible (??)

Ou quelque chose dans ce goût-là. C'est simplifié par rapport au français mais ça va dans le bon sens et au moins on comprend.

Explanation:
I prefer the first of these options, although "duty" is omitted, I think it is safe to imply it in this context. It's just an idiomatic expression (or two)
You could also say "Risk management is what we do", perhaps?.
