French term or phrase: De Dieu qui vient à l'idée
Hello, I am translating a Catalan text and I came across this name of a work by Emmanuel Levinas. Since I don't speak French, I can't really provide a reasonable translation. Can anyone help? I need a reasonable facsimile of what the title means to put in parenthesis after the original French title. TIA!!

PS - Of course I searched for the English version of the title, and found nothing.

De Dieu qui vient a l'idée
On (the idea of) God entering into our minds

Explanation:
Human rights are the point in reality where God enters into the person (Roger Burggraeve : The Good and its Shadow - The View of Levinas on Human Rights as the Surpassing of Political Rationality)

This is how Levinas expresses the idea in French: Le point de réalité où l'idée de Dieu vient seulement à l'homme (in Les droits de l'homme et les droits d'autrui) : The Humans rights as God's trace

"Dieu ou le transcendant ne se manifeste - il n'est pas thématisable - que par sa trace. Dieu a passé par là. Point n'est besoin de recourir à la révélation. C'est plutôt à partir de l'évidence des droits de l'homme que Dieu vient à l'idée<b/>" (Lionel Ponton - Philosophie et droits de l'homme)
